Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to be home for the service?
No, you don’t have to be present while we perform the detailing, but we do need access to your vehicle. You can leave keys with us, and we’ll take care of everything.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do everything we can to make it right. This could include redoing the service or offering a partial refund depending on the situation.
How soon can I drive my car after ceramic coating?
While you can technically drive your car after the application, it’s recommended to wait at least 1 hour before exposing it to any water or rain. It's suggested not to wash the vehicle or add chemicals for 7 days. This waiting period allows the coating to fully cure and bond to the surface for maximum protection.
What happens if my car gets dirty after ceramic coating?
While ceramic coatings make it harder for dirt, water, and other contaminants to stick to your car's surface, it is still important to wash your car regularly. The coating won’t prevent dirt from accumulating but will make it easier to clean off. Simply wash the vehicle with a pH-balanced car shampoo and dry with a microfiber towel to maintain the protective layer.
How do I maintain my car after it has been ceramic coated?
Use a pH-balanced car wash soap and a microfiber towel to wash your car. It’s also important to regularly apply a "maintenance spray" or "booster" that some coatings recommend to maintain their protective qualities.
How does ceramic coating differ from waxing?
Unlike traditional car wax, which provides a temporary protective layer, ceramic coating bonds to the paint, offering a longer-lasting and more durable shield. Wax needs to be reapplied frequently, while ceramic coatings can last for several years with proper maintenance. Additionally, ceramic coatings provide better protection against water spots, UV rays, and contaminants.
